Submitting an abstract to the ConfTools system (to bee linked soon) please use the default template (Template_abstracts_EARSeL_2021.doc file), it will allow to publish all accepted abstracts on the Symposium web pages keeping the same layout.
Contributions will be presented orally and by poster. Both are considered of equal standing and no distinction is made between them in the Symposium publications. When submitting your contribution to EARSeL’s ConfTool registration system you are kindly requested to notify your preference (oral/poster).
Young Scientists who want to participate in the EARSeL Young Scientist award competition, need to submit an extended abstract of four pages during their ConfTool registration.
To honour the willingness to actively participate and to discuss their research, the EARSeL Bureau is sponsoring awards for the Young Scientist’s best paper and best poster presentations. The best paper presentation and best poster presentation will be awarded.
Please indicate in ConfTool during the registration whether you would like to participate in the award competition. The winners of the prize will be announced and handed over during the Symposium dinner.
