Papers from the symposium can be submitted to Special Issue of EuJRS. More information about Special Issue of EuJRS you will find here.

Oral presentation guidelines

Each presenter is asked to upload his/her presentation before the session starts on site in the room where the session will be located. Use ppt, pptx and/or pdf formats of presentation. Time slot for presentation is 21 minutes including discussion.

Poster guidelines

Authors are invited to introduce their poster during the short poster oral session in a short oral presentation of no more than 2-3 minutes in length (Wednesday 28th June).

Authors should display their posters during the first two days of symposium (Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning), they are requested to attend their poster during the Poster Session (Thursday 29th June).

The maximum dimensions of poster should be 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.
The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and onsite assistance will be available to help you to display your poster.

Best poster will be awarded. The award will be announced and handed over during the Closing Ceremony.
