Reservation Guarantee / Cancellation Fee / Bookings Deadline
- All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer for 1st night’s stay before arrival date ( reservations up to three nights) or 25% of the total accommodation amount for reservations for 4 or more nights.
- All participants have the right to amend their reservation (dates or room occupancy) once Free of Charge Continuously amendments will be charged with extra 10 EURO each.
- Cancellations of reservations 2 days or less prior to participant’s arrival will be charged with 1 night cancellation fee.
- There will be a certain number of pre-booked rooms for each hotel.
