All authors must be registered as participants before the early bird deadline – 15 March, otherwise they will have to be removed from the programme.
Posters
There are two sessions dedicated to poster presentations and two sessions dedicated to poster exhibition. Every author of a poster will have the opportunity to participate at a poster presentation as well as at the poster exhibition. During the poster presentation in a meeting room, each author of a poster will shortly – in 2 minutes – present the poster. Afterwards, during the poster exhibition, the author will be standing by the poster to answer any eventual questions from the participants.
